When a blockage is caused by something solid, like hardened scale, concrete, or a heavy root mass, standard jetting and rodding often won't shift it. Picote milling uses a high-speed rotating tool to physically remove this kind of build-up from inside the pipe.
Our engineers will confirm what's causing the restriction, often with a CCTV inspection, then use specialist milling equipment to clear it and restore the pipe's full diameter. This is often a practical alternative to digging up the pipe, provided it's still in good enough condition.
