• Water pools around the manhole after rain, or the chamber itself is wet when it shouldn't be
• Cracks are visible in the chamber walls or surround
• There's a smell coming from a chamber that seems otherwise unremarkable

Our manhole repair process

1) Inspection

We assess the chamber, cover, and frame to confirm the extent of the damage and what's causing it.

2) Agreeing the repair

Depending on what we find, this might mean resetting a sunken frame to the correct level, repairing cracked or damaged chamber walls, replacing a worn or unsuitable cover and frame, or resealing joints where water is getting in or out.

3) Carrying out the repair

We complete the work using materials and covers suited to the chamber's location and use, including the correct load rating for areas with vehicle traffic.

4) Reinstatement

We make good the surrounding surface, so the finished repair sits flush and safely with the ground around it.
