Step 1 Contact
Let us know if the chamber has damaged benching, a broken or poorly formed channel, standing waste, erosion or recurring deposits. Photos from ground level are useful where safely available. We review the symptoms and arrange an inspection so the chamber can be assessed without relying on assumptions about what is happening below the cover.
Step 2 Quote
The engineer checks the channel shape, benching condition, inlet and outlet alignment, signs of leakage and the way flow passes through the chamber. We determine what material needs removing or rebuilding and whether cleaning or other preparation is required first. Your quotation then defines the local repair area and the proposed finish.
Step 3 Works
The chamber is made safe to work on and the repair surfaces are cleaned and prepared. Loose or failed material is removed before the channel is re-formed to guide flow smoothly between connections. Benching is rebuilt with suitable falls towards the channel, edges and transitions are finished carefully, and unnecessary ledges that can retain waste are avoided.
Step 4 After care
We inspect the completed profile and confirm that the repaired surfaces are sound and the channel provides a clear route through the chamber. The chamber is left clean and secure. If surrounding pipework shows signs of defects or recurring deposits, we can recommend CCTV inspection, cleaning or targeted repair rather than waiting for another chamber problem.
